Ellina Shavlay

My name is Ellina Shavlay. Graduate from the HSE Bachelor in International Relations and MGIMO Masters in Comprehensive Regional Studies, currently I am a PhD student at the Department of Oriental Studies, MGIMO University. My research interests involve India’s foreign policy, Indo-Pacific region, Russia-India-China relations, and the US strategy in Asia. I speak English, German, and Italian.
