Traning Modules 7 and 8 in Athens

Our on-site training modules are back in pre-pandemic 5-day format. 

This time we welcomed two groups of UC Fellows from the widest range of institutions yet. Together with Fellows from our core member institutions we welcomed Fellows from University of Cambridge, Freie Universitat in Berlin, Charles University in Prague, Georgetown University, Yale University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, and CSIS.

We had two leading professors for each group; one providing insights from the United States and one from Russian emigree academic community who helped us understand developments in Russian Federation. Wide range of European scholars and officials provided various EU perspectives and also Ukrainian perspective to our discussions. We also welcomed speakers from countries outside from Euro-Atlantic area to set our debates into broader context of global politics. We covered not only topics from politics and IR, but also from political economy, international law, sociology and history.
