We are delighted to announce the launch of our first University Consortium Module. The Harriman Institute at Columbia University is our generous host for this week long event. Dmitry Suslov, our first Visiting Professor at Harriman, will be joined by our four Consortium Fellows: Ola Mclees (St Antony's College), Matthew Kupfer (Davis Center), Anastasia Vishnevskaya (Free University Berlin) and Ivan Loshkarev (MGIMO)
