For its tenth anniversary, the UC returned to Oxford. The conference opened with a panel led by members of the UC Board, reflecting on a decade of Russia–West relations and posing questions and themes for the audience to consider throughout the event.
We were delighted to welcome back twelve UC Fellows, who served as respondents and discussants across the conference panels. Several also took on the role of rapporteurs and analysts, producing summaries of the discussions that informed the following event, the alumni workshop.
