Josef Mayr

Josef is a graduate student of International Relations at Free University of Berlin, focusing on the European Union‘s Eastern neighbourhood. Previously, he was completing his BA in Poland, where he was primarily dealing with issues such as rule of law, autocratization and the EU‘s Eastern enlargement. Josef is currently with the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) working on the Eastern Partnership. His research focuses on the European Union’s as well as Germany’s neighbourhood and enlargement politics, particularly towards the Association Trio.«
