Brice Gilliard

Brice is a Belgian master student, currently enrolled in the Sciences Po-Freie Universität double degree programme in European Affairs. He obtained an undergraduate degree at the Franco-German campus of Science Po and a bachelor's degree in law at the University of Lorraine. After a year at the Moscow Higher School of Economics, he interned at the Belgian Embassy in Moscow, the Belgian House of Representatives and the Council of Europe. His research interests focus on European foreign and trade policy, particularly with regard to Russia, Central Asia and the Eurasian Economic Union.
