Elena Ruxandra Seniuc

Elena Ruxandra Seniuc is currently reading for an MSc in Russian and East European Studies at the University of Oxford, Lincoln College. She previously completed her undergraduate studies at Durham University, with a degree in Criminology. Her interests include various topics within the rule of law, strategic studies and international security. She acquired professional experience at the Council of Europe and the Romanian Government, and she is also a holder of the OSCE-UNODA Scholarship for Peace and Security. She is very passionate about books, old libraries and dusty archives.
