Elias Allen

Eli Allen is an M.A. candidate in Regional Studies: Russia, Eurasia, and Eastern Europe at the Harriman Institute. Eli's academic focus is on Kosovo Serbs, as well as the relationship between Serbia and other former Yugoslav republics. Prior to starting at Columbia, Eli was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kosovo from 2019-2020 and from 2022-2023. Eli graduated from the University of Oxford in 2017 with a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. He enjoys playing and watching basketball in his free time, as well as going on long walks while listening to the works of Young Thug and Aubrey Drake Graham.
