Guram Kvaratskhelia

Guram is a Master of Arts student in Political Science at the Otto Suhr Institute of Political Science, Free University Berlin. He obtained an undergraduate degree in International Relations from the Tbilisi State University in Georgia. Guram is currently working as a student assistant at the Institute of Eastern European Studies, Free University Berlin. Guram’s academic interests include democratic transformations in the post-Soviet space, and the dynamics of authoritarian politics, at subnational, national, and international levels. He also pays careful attention to methodological developments in social sciences.
