Rowan Hart

My name is Rowan. I am currently in the final year of my MPhil in Russian and East European Studies at the University of Oxford. Before that, I completed a BA in Politics and International Relations at the University of Kent. My research interests include Russia’s relationship with Europe, Russian foreign policy identity and discourse analysis. For my MPhil thesis, I am researching Russian relations with the OSCE and what this reveals about Russia’s view of European security and European identity.
