Jennifer currently works with the National Endowment for Democracy as a Program Officer on the Russia and Eurasia team. Prior to joining NED, she graduated from Columbia University’s Harriman Institute with an MA in Russian and Eastern European Studies. She focused on nationalism and ethnic politics in post-communist states, and participated in a University Consortium module in London. Before graduate school, she served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in a rural Serbian village in Kosovo and earned her BA in Russian Studies and Politics from Brandeis University.
