Julia Ellings

Julia Ellings is an MPhil candidate for Russia and East European Studies at the University of Oxford. Originally from Seattle, USA, she completed her undergraduate degree in government at Georgetown University. Her current research focuses on the role of the Orthodox Church in Russia and Ukraine.
