Milàn Czerny

Milàn is a first-year MPhil Student in Russian and East European Studies at the University of Oxford. He graduated in 2020 from the War Studies department at King's College London.  Born in France, one side of his family is from Belarus and he has spent extensive periods in the US at the Johns Hopkins University, in Israel at the INSS - The Institute for National Security Studies and in Russia.  He is currently researching Russia’s mediation activities in the Middle-East.
