Nora Cyra

Nora Cyra is an M.A. candidate at the Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies at Harvard University and the current Innovation Fellow at Harvard's Negotiation Task Force. She graduated from Mount Holyoke College in 2021 with a double major in International Relations and Russian & Eurasian Studies and wrote her undergraduate thesis on confidence-building measures in the unresolved conflicts of the former Soviet Union. Her current research focuses on transnational networks working on conflict resolution and transformation in Moldova and Georgia.
