Philip Wolters is a graduate student at the University of Oxford reading for an MSc in Russian and East European Studies. In 2019, he graduated from King’s College London with a BA in War Studies and History. He has previously interned at a cybersecurity company, as well as at the Embassy of the Netherlands in Tbilisi, Georgia. His research interests centre on Russian foreign and security policy. His current research focusses on explaining changes in the definition of conflict in recent Russian military and strategic thinking. Philip is from the Netherlands, and enjoys sailing and skiing.
