Former United Nations Correspondent for the Russian media, Georgian-born Tinatin Japaridze is an M.A. student at the Harriman Institute focusing on U.S.-Russia relations in cybersecurity and digital diplomacy. As a delegate of the Stanford University U.S.-Russia Forum’s Conflict and Security Working Group, she co-authored “Rebuilding the Cyber Bridge of Confidence toward Establishing Bilateral Norms for U.S.-Russia Cooperation” published by Stanford University in 2018. She co-wrote and recorded the U.N. anthem, “We the Peoples,” and co-authored Iceland’s silver prize-winning Eurovision song in 2009.
